Shower Enclosure Styles

  • Single Door Options

Swing Door (Hinged Door): Opens in or out, usually mounted directly to the wall or a fixed panel. Clean and minimal.

Pivot Door: Uses a pivot hinge at the top and bottom instead of side hinges—allows a wider, smoother swing.

  • Inline Configurations

Door + Fixed Panel: A swing/pivot door paired with a stationary glass panel in a straight line. Works well for wider showers.

Double Door (French Style): Two swing doors meeting in the middle, opening outward or inward.

Modern bathroom with frameless glass shower, beige and wood-tone wall tiles, white toilet, and wooden vanity.
  • Corner Configurations

Neo-Angle Enclosure: Door set at a 45° angle with two side panels meeting it. Ideal for corner showers where space is tight.

Right-Angle Enclosure (L-Shaped): A swing door plus two fixed panels forming a 90° corner.

  • Wall-to-Wall

Single Door Only: If the opening is narrow, just a swing or pivot door across the space.

Door + Panel: A hinged door with a fixed panel to fill the rest of the wall-to-wall span.

Sliding (Barn Door Style): Frameless bypass or single sliding glass door for tight spaces where swing clearance is an issue.

  • Tub Configurations

Swing Tub Door: A smaller pivoting glass door mounted on top of the tub.
