Jimmy Restrepo
With over two decades of mastery in the glass trade, Jimmy Restrepo launched his own company in 2007, originally under the name JR Glass. From the very beginning, he built his reputation on precision, craftsmanship, and a tireless commitment to client satisfaction — qualities that quickly set him apart in Fairfield and Westchester. Over the years, Jimmy has become known not only for the quality of his work, but also for the trust and personal relationships he has cultivated with homeowners, builders, and designers alike.
Today, Jimmy remains closely involved in all aspects of daily operations, from project planning to on-site execution, ensuring that every detail reflects his high standards. His steady leadership, mentorship, and meticulous eye continue to shape the way the company approaches each project. More than simply building beautiful installations, Jimmy has created a legacy defined by excellence, reliability, and long-standing partnerships that serve as the foundation of Harbor Glassworks.
Juan D. Restrepo
Juan Restrepo is a Senior Project Architectural Designer and Project Manager with a portfolio that spans hospitality, high-end residential, and commercial projects. Educated at the University of Michigan (M.Arch) and Miami University of Ohio, he began his career with firms including Gensler, Roger Ferris + Partners, and Dattner Architects, where he contributed to detailed residential and mixed-use developments. His expertise in millwork, interiors, and technical coordination later advanced into senior roles at Soho House & Co., where he helped lead major hospitality projects such as The Ned DC private members club and the 250-acre Grasmere House in Rhinebeck, NY.
Currently pursuing architectural licensure, Juan’s diverse professional background reflects a natural progression into a well-rounded design practice—equally adept in architectural vision, interior detailing, and technical execution. Alongside his architectural work, he maintains a passion for product and furniture design, developing bespoke pieces and exploring new creative directions. His interests in art and music further enrich his approach, shaping a design sensibility rooted in atmosphere, materiality, and craft.
In 2018, Juan collaborated with his wife, Kaitlin, a New York–based interior designer, on a family home renovation that reimagined kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces through thoughtful space planning and detailing. The project underscored his belief that design, at any scale, should elevate daily life through clarity, intention, and craftsmanship. Now recently relocated to Westchester with his wife and young daughter, Juan continues to draw inspiration from family, travel, and the creative arts to inform his design philosophy.
At Harbor Glassworks, he brings this philosophy forward—merging architectural precision with craftsmanship in glass and interiors to create spaces that are durable, cohesive, and enduringly refined.
Paula Restrepo Baioni, NCIDQ
For Paula, design isn’t just about how a space looks—it’s about how it feels, functions, and endures over time. With a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Miami University and NCIDQ certification in interior design, she spent a decade in New York City with leading firms such as Gensler, Perkins Eastman, and Forrest Perkins. There, she contributed to hospitality projects including The St. Regis Residences in Rye and The Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, gaining a strong foundation in scale, proportion, and the details that shape how people experience space.
Her path then took her to Tokyo, where she immersed herself in a culture that values craftsmanship, precision, and a deep connection to nature. There, she observed that the essence of successful design lies in the discipline to edit and simplify—recognizing that true elegance often comes from elevating the simplest forms through thoughtful attention. The experience deepened her appreciation for proportion and restraint, strengthening her conviction that great design depends as much on clarity and execution as it does on vision and concept.
Today, Paula draws on her diverse background in architecture, interiors, and materials to create spaces that are cohesive, lasting, and deeply personal. Her approach balances creativity with precision, helping clients create homes that feel timeless, meaningful, and truly their own.
Eno, Office Assistant
Resident Frenchie and part-time studio mascot. Equal parts charm and chaos, he takes his role as chief nap officer very seriously—except when he’s supervising lunch breaks or inspecting every delivery that comes through the door.
