The renovation of this Lower East Side co-working space and lounge transformed a dated interior into a refined, adaptable environment designed for both focused work and social connection. Our scope included construction administration oversight, finish and FF&E coordination, and strategic electrical updates—reworking the plan, layout, and lighting to enhance functionality while navigating existing site constraints and a tight budget. Custom powered desks, detailed through our millwork drawings, were engineered for easy disassembly and relocation, allowing the space to reconfigure effortlessly for events, speakers, and performances. The result is a polished, hospitality-inspired workspace that blends flexibility, technical precision, and understated sophistication.
